A Canada native who now resides in Huntington Beach with her husband, Beth is proud to help clients throughout the surrounding coastal area and inland Orange County achieve their real estate goals. She’s also deeply involved within her community, devoting time and resources to a number of philanthropic initiatives, including a local food pantry where she helps families shop for food, as well as Community Resources Center at First Christian Church, where she helps individuals get integrated into the community. Additionally, she helps to run campaigns for schools and orphanages in Haiti. In her spare time, Beth enjoys outdoor activities, including volleyball with Beach Cities Sports.
Laura Dwyer joins Team Beth after relocating to Huntington Beach from England. Laura prides herself on her attention to detail and her ability to find solutions for even the most complex of issues. Having built her career as an Attorney in the City of London, Laura understands the true meaning of dedication and hard work. It was this drive, paired with her desire to help people that meant a career in Real Estate was the natural transition.
With impressive academic achievements, Laura earned an honorary degree in Law from the University of Huddersfield before continuing her legal education with a highly respected law firm in Chancery Lane, London. Here, Laura was able to hone her negotiation skills by working alongside some of the top Lawyers in the country on complex and significant cases, a number of which changed the existing Law. This valuable and rewarding experience forms the foundation of Laura’s Real Estate Career.
Laura spends her spare time outdoors, hiking or at the beach enjoying the Southern California climate.
Born and raised in Southern California, Donna began her career as an Administrative Assistant, where she learned valuable organizational and communication skills that would serve her well in her later professional life as both an IT Manager and a Top Producing Real Estate Agent in Orange County.
As a 20 year manager in the Information Technology industry, she gained vast knowledge and experience in both marketing and project management. As a group leader, she was responsible for learning, training, and presenting new technologies to peers and subordinates to achieve company sales goals.
Her inner passion for Real Estate Sales and Marketing would come to fruition when she obtained her Realtor’s license in 1999. It didn’t take long for her to become a Top 10% Producer. The following year she would gain that recognition, and in subsequent years she was named a Top 1% producer fifteen times, including 2016.
Unparalleled customer service is her top priority, and it’s delivered with utmost integrity, trust and a friendly demeanor that turns client relationships into lasting friendships.
A 40 year Huntington Beach resident, Donna has been married to husband, Jerry, for 40 years as well. After 20 years as an accounting & finance manager for a local home builder, he has teamed with Donna for 19 years as her marketing and administrative partner. They have two children raised and educated in HB’s outstanding school system. Both daughters live nearby, Laura, a 4th grade teacher at Seacliff Elementary School in Huntington Beach, and Jessica, works at the Mission Viejo Animal Services Center.
Donna served several years as Home Tour Chairman, for the Huntington Beach Education Foundation, raising grant money for HB city schools. Her hobbies include reading, cooking & traveling. And she has enjoyed hosting many Community Events over the years such as: “Snow Days” with 30 tons of snow for neighborhood kids to enjoy sledding down their community park hillsides; Annual Easter “Egg”traordinary Hunts for kids of all ages; Outdoor Movies in the Park; “Halloweenie” Roasts; plus Sleigh rides and visits from St Nick. The events are not only fun for kids, but a great opportunity for neighbors and friends to meet and greet.
